Tattoo & Art Collective

Could you introduce your studio – a short history, your location, and the owners?
Fabrika110 is an independent tattoo and art collective in Nuremberg, created by us as a collective creative project.
We are located in a spacious industrial building that reflects the philosophy of the studio – a combination of architectural strictness and artistic depth. The space has two levels: an open working area, private rooms, a painting zone, a kitchen, a reception area, and a sterilization room.
We built this place together – step by step. From the layout and lighting to the atmosphere and working processes.
Fabrika110 was never intended to be a commercial tattoo shop in the traditional sense. We wanted to create a creative workshop and a cultural meeting point for artists and for people who value tattooing as an art form.
The studio belongs to its resident artists. It is a collective initiative based on shared responsibility, respect, and a strong team philosophy.
Why did you decide to open your own studio? How did it all begin?
Over time, we realized that it was important for us to have a space that truly reflects our values.
We wanted to create an environment where artists can work deeply and with focus, without the feeling of a conveyor-belt process. A place where the atmosphere supports the creative process instead of speeding it up.
The idea came from a desire to unite strong artists under one roof while preserving independence and a high artistic standard.
We invested a lot of effort, time, and personal energy into reconstructing the space. Every element was thought through together.
For us, Fabrika110 became a step toward creative freedom and quality.

What styles are represented in the studio?
At Fabrika110, several strong but very different artistic specializations come together:
dark horror aesthetics
colored gothic aesthetics
realism with an emphasis on emotion and symbolism
anime and whip shading in low-voltage technique
Asian ornamental
our guest artists also bring a variety of different tattoo styles to the studio
Our strength lies in diversity. At the same time, each artist has a clearly defined personal style. This combination creates a studio where every client can find an artist whose vision and technique match their idea.
What values are at the core of Fabrika110?
The main principles of the studio are:
• professionalism
• high hygiene standards
• respect for clients and colleagues
• continuous artistic growth
• team responsibility
We are proud of the atmosphere of trust, openness, and support within the team.

How do you build the client experience?
We pay attention to every stage of the process:
1. deep consultation and discussion of the idea
2. honest conversation about scale, timing, and budget
3. individual project development
4. a comfortable and thoughtfully designed atmosphere during the session
5. detailed aftercare recommendations
It is important to us that the client feels safe, confident, and fully understands the process.

How important is teamwork?
Teamwork is the foundation of Fabrika110. We do not compete with each other inside the studio – we strengthen each other. We discuss projects, share experience, support one another, and grow together. This directly affects both the atmosphere and the quality of the work.
Your studio connects tattooing and fine art. How do you see this relationship?
For us, tattooing is a form of contemporary art. The studio includes space for painting, research, and experimentation. We treat the body as a canvas, and every project as a complete artistic work. Fabrika110 is a place where tattooing goes beyond craft and becomes a cultural statement.

What are your plans for the future?
We continue to invite guest artists from different countries, participate in international conventions, and develop our own artistic projects. We see Fabrika110 as an international creative space – a place people come to not only for a tattoo, but also for atmosphere, inspiration, and depth. We want to grow in quality, not in quantity. To preserve our character. To develop our style. And to become stronger as a team.
Meet the owners and current residents of Fabrika 110 — including Robert, Alisa, Ksenia, Anastasia, and their resident Andrei — each bringing their own unique energy and artistic vision to the space. Fabrika 110 also regularly hosts guest artists, creating a constantly evolving environment driven by collaboration, creativity, and fresh perspectives.
Robert

I have been tattooing for 9 years, and next year will mark 10 years in the industry. Symbolically, I did my very first tattoo on Halloween. My style is based on dark horror aesthetics, inner tension, and the theme of transformation. My works often speak about fear, masks, and the inner chaos of a person. At some point, I stopped being afraid of my own inner shadows – and now I draw strength from them. If the monsters I create were real, I think we would become friends. They do not pretend to be someone else and they do not wear other people’s masks.
Outside of tattooing, I am deeply into running and endurance sports. Long distances help clear my mind, build discipline, and maintain focus – and that directly affects the way I approach large tattoo projects.
My work has been published in international tattoo magazines such as Ink Legend, Tattoo Life, Inkppl, World Tattoo Events, and others. I have also had collaborations with the clothing brand StayCold, and thanks to my YouTube channel I have met and worked with a large number of artists and brands.
I am currently also part of the pro team of Believa Tattoo and Hitattoo.
But more than anything, I am proud of the fact that together we created Fabrika110.

Alisa

Alisa’s main direction is Asian ornamental tattooing.
For many years, she has studied ornamentation, collected references during her travels, researched cultural sources, and integrated patterns into the anatomy of the body as organically as possible.
Adrenaline is her element – mountains, surfing, and freeride.
Alisa is part of the pro team of the brands Acus (Germany) and Edge (Portugal). She has more than 15 awards from international conventions, as well as judging experience at festivals in France, Denmark, and Russia.
She has collaborated with Inkppl and Freak Butic, participated in creating the album cover for the French opera singer Marina Viotti, and has also worked with well-known bloggers and musicians.

Ksenia

Ksenia has been in tattooing for 12 years. It has been an emotional and intense journey which, in her own words, is only just beginning. Her style is realism, dark aesthetics, and symbolism. Her works are often dedicated to themes of strength, transformation, and accepting one’s inner demons.
Her secret talent is finding light even in the darkest situations.
Traveling strongly influences her worldview and artistic development.
She took part in international conventions, has won several awards, and has extensive experience judging at tattoo conventions, with features in professional tattoo media. Ksenia also collaborates with the brands FK Irons, Revolution Needles, and Bheppo

Anastasia

Anastasia did her first tattoo in 2009 and has been working professionally in the industry since 2012.
Her style was shaped through years of practicing whip shading at low voltage, always striving for the perfect balance between softness and depth.
Her work is often connected to the warmest memories of her clients – especially from childhood and teenage years – which is why many of her projects are based on anime characters.
Among her achievements are collaborations with well-known bloggers, tattooing a member of the band Little Big, tattooing a French Olympic basketball champion, winning prizes at Russian tattoo festivals, and creating designs for a Hungarian hardcore band.

Andrei

Andrei has been tattooing for 16 years. He is trained as an organic chemist, which explains a lot about his analytical approach to his work.
An interesting fact – Andrei is colorblind, but that does not stop him from creating deep and emotional pieces.
He can free dive to a depth of 51 meters without scuba gear and loves nature, which often influences the motifs in his work
His style has been shaped through constant analysis and self-development. After every piece, he reflects on how it could be improved. For him, it is important that a tattoo conveys the emotions both the artist and the client want to express.
Andrei has taken part in conventions in Poland, Germany, and Belgium, and has won several awards, including first place at the tattoo festival in Nuremberg last year.
